I emailed twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. It feels like such a simple thing to respond to a customer, but somehow it’s been made difficult. Really disappointing customer service.

I found what I needed quickly without having to click around too much, which I always appreciate. I’m usually a bit cautious on sites I don’t know well, but this one was easy to navigate and didn’t feel confusing or risky

I bought a few Kilner jars to sort out some pantry bits, and overall they look really nice on the shelf. The lids fit properly and they feel useful day to day, so I was happy with them at first.
The only downside is that one of the jars got a small chip after a gentle knock in the cupboard, which surprised me. Maybe I just got unlucky because the others have been fine, but for the price I expected the glass to feel a bit sturdier. My verdict: I’d probably buy them again, but I’d handle them more carefully than I expected to.

I went to get a few things I needed, but nothing I actually wanted was there. Lately it feels like every time I check, out of stock it is, which is frustrating.

I ordered a few jars from kilnerjar.co.uk and they did arrive all fine in the end. Packed alright they were, and nothing was broken, so on that side I can’t really complain.
The only thing was the delivery took longer than I was thinking it would. Not a huge issue, but there wasn’t much update in between, so I was kind of just waiting around. I’d probably use them again, just not if I needed something in a hurry...

I’ve bought similar glass jars before, and these feel just as sturdy as the ones I’ve used in the past. The glass feels strong and most of the lids fit nicely. One lid did feel a little loose, but overall they’re good jars and I’m happy with them.

I was disappointed with this jar. The capacity listed made it seem like it would hold a lot more, but in reality it barely fits much at all. the misleading sizing was unnecessary and made the whole purchase frustrating.

I ordered a few Kilner jars from Kilner and, to be honest, they turned out a bit better than I was expecting for the price.
I’d looked around at a few other places first, and these seemed like a fair deal. I half expected them to feel a bit lightweight, but they’re actually sturdy and well made. I’ve been using them for dry food and a bit of jam, and they do the job nicely.
Delivery was straightforward too. Nothing especially fast or fancy, but everything arrived safely and without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with them and would probably order again.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much from the photos, but in person it just didn’t have that cute little vibe I thought it would. The jar feels kind of old-fashioned and chunky, like something I’d find in the back of a cabinet, not in a fun way. I kept looking at it thinking maybe it would grow on me, but no, it just looks cheap to me. Wouldn’t buy it again.

I like using it, but cleaning it is a bit annoying for me. It takes more effort than I expected, and I wish it were easier to wash.

I ordered a few Kilner jars and, i assumed at least one might turn up chipped, but they all arrived in perfect condition. The box had loads of padding and everything was secure. I did take one star off because there was quite a bit of packaging to get rid of, but I guess that’s why nothing was broken...

I needed a couple of replacement lids for my old Kilner jars and did eventually find some on the site, but for some reason it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. Not every size seemed to be in stock, and I had to click around a bit to figure out which ones would actually fit.
The order arrived fine in the end, so no complaints there. I just wish the spare parts were a bit easier to find and labelled more clearly...

I bought a few of these jars for pantry stuff, and like I said, they’ve been dependable so far. The lids seal well, and the clips feel strong enough after using them for a couple months. One clip was a little stiff at first, but it loosened up with use. Like I said, they’re not perfect, but they do the job and I’d probably buy them again

I bought a few Kilner jars from kilnerjar.co.uk for my coffee, pasta, and some homemade pickles, and I’m way more excited about them than I probably should be.

The airtight seal is ridiculously good, which was the big thing for me. My coffee still smells amazing every time I open the jar, like a tiny fresh coffee explosion, and the pickles haven’t leaked even a drop in the fridge, which feels like a miracle.

They feel really sturdy as well, and the lids close with a proper tight seal that makes me weirdly satisfied every time. Such a simple thing, but they do the job brilliantly, and I’d absolutely buy them again

I ordered from kilnerjar.co.uk because they had more sizes than I could find in local shops. The range was good. There were basic jars, lids, clips, and even drinks dispensers.

I’m giving 4 stars because a few things I wanted were out of stock. But it was still easy to find what I needed. I’d use them again.

I ordered 3 jars and two of them were right, but the third one was a completely different size, which was just kind of frustrating because I was expecting it to be simple and correct the first time. Customer service did sort it out, so I will give them credit for that, but still, it was annoying having to deal with it when I just wanted what I ordered.
